Abu Omar al-Shishani (Omar the Chechen) or Tarkhan Batirashvili is the Georgian military leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant.
In this video, Al-Shishani celebrates opening a border between Iraq and Syria as the beginning of the final stage to establish a borderless Islamic empire (Khilafah).
President Bush warned about it in 2005, but the world didn't listen.
