განათლების ხარისხის ამაღლებისათვის მასწავლებლების კომპეტენციების უწყვეტი განვითარება უმნიშვნელოვანესი ფაქტორია როგორც სახელმწიფო ისე, კერძო საგანმანათლებლო სისტემაში. აქედან გამომდინარე, დღეს, საქართველოს განათლებისა და მეცნიერების მინისტრის მოადგილემ ლია გიგაურმა სამუშაო შეხვედრა გამართა კერძო სკოლების წარმომადგენლებთან.
შეხვედრაზე საუბარი შეეხო მასწავლებლის პროფესიული განვითარების ახალ სქემას და იმ საერთო მიზნისთვის თანამშრომლობას, რომელიც სწავლა-სწავლების ხარისხის გაუმჯობესებასთანაა დაკავშირებული.
„შეხვედრაზე ვიმსჯელეთ თუ როგორ უნდა მოხდეს კერძო სისტემაში მასწავლებლის პროფესიული განვითარება, სად შეიძლება მოხდეს ჰარმონიზაცია მასწავლებელთა პროფესიული განვითარების ახალ სქემასთან დაკავშირებით და სად იყოს ის თავისუფალი სივრცე, სადაც კერძო სკოლები თავად გადაწყვეტენ მასწავლებლის განვითარების მიმართულებებს“ - განაცხადა ლია გიგაურმა.
