თავისუფალ და აგრარულ უნივერსიტეტებში 20-25 აპრილს კახა ბენდუქიძის კვირეული გაიმართება. 20 აპრილს კახა ბენდუქიძის დაბადების დღეს მისი სახელობის კვირეული წიგნის პრეზენტაციით, დიდი აღორძინება - კაპიტალიზმის კომუნიზმზე გამარჯვების გაკვეთილებით გაიხსნა. წიგნში იმ ქვეყნების მაგალითებია განხილული რომლებიც პოლიტიკურ და ეკონომიკურ ავტორიტარიზმს დაუბრუნდნენ. წიგნის ერთ-ერთი თავი კი კახა ბენდუქიძემ მიხეილ სააკაშვილთან ერთად საქართველოში წარმატების მომტან ყველაზე რადიკალურ რეფორმებზე დაწერა.
წიგნის რედაქტორი, 2009-2013 წლებში ბულგარეთის და ვიცე-პრემიერი და ფინანსთა მინისტრი სიმეონ ჯანკოვია, რომელიც აღმოსავლეთ ევროპის ქვეყნებში კახა ბენდუქიძის და მისი გუნდის რეფორმებს წარმატებულად მიიჩნევს.
