გივი თარგამაძე: მინდა წარმოგინდგინოთ იმ ფონზე როდესაც ხელისუფლება მუდმივად აცხადებს კრიმინალის კლებას და წარმატებებს ამ სფეროში, ერთი კონკრეტული მიმართუელებით რეალობა, ეს არის საქართველოში ბანკის ყაჩაღობები ბოლო დროს გახშირებული, კონკრეტულად კი საქმე ეხება საქართველოს ბანკს და შემთხვევას რომელიც არის აღწერილი 2013 წლიდან 2015 წლის ჩათვლით. აქ არის რამდენიმე შემთხვევა, რომელსაც დიდი ალბათობით ახორციელებს ერთიდაიგივე პირი. არცერთი ეს შემთხვევა არ არის დღემდე გახსნილი, მიუხედავად იმისა რომ ვიდეო მასალიდან თვისუფლად შეიძლება მძარცველის სახის დადგენა. საგულისხმოა ისიც რომ წლიდან წლამდე დაცვა ამ ობიექტების არ უმჯობესდება, უფრო მეტიც, სასაცილოდაც კი გამოიყურება. ეს ადამიანი როგორც კი ფული შემოაკლდება დადის ბანკის გასაძარცვად როგორც სამსახურში.
