Surgery Performed in México 2011. Our patient underwent Frontal-Orbital Tumor Via /Parietal/Temporal window access surgery. Placed in the supra-orbital chamber. A non-metastatic 3X4cm granulated mass of about 12 gm. was found. This particular patient had experienced right Proptosis, right side Diplopia, recurrent right hemisphere cephalea, occasionally nausea subjectively due to current cephalea but no vertigo at all. Intraocular Hypertension stage II was detected as well.
