24 მაისს ივანე ჯავახიშვილის სახელობის თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის პირველ კორპუსში, სააქტო დარბაზთან ორ სტუდენტს შორის მომხდარ სიტყვიერ შელაპარაკებას ფიზიკური დაპირისპირება მოჰყვა. სიტუაცია უნივერსიტეტის დაცვისა და უსაფრთხოების სამსახურის ჩარევით განიმუხტა. ფაქტისადმი მაღალი საზოგადოებრივი ინტერესიდან გამომდინარე, ასევე კონფლიქტში მონაწილე მხარეების მოთხოვნის შესაბამისად, უნივერსიტეტის ადმინისტრაციამ ვიდეოჩანაწერის გასაჯაროების გადაწყვეტილება მიიღო. მასალაში ჩანს დაპირისპირების გარემოებები. ინციდენტი მოხდა 17.27 სთ და დაახლოებით 3-4 წუთში განიმუხტა თსუ დაცვისა და უსაფრთხოების სამსახურის თანამშრომელთა მიერ, რომლებიც ვიდეოჩანაწერში მონიშნულნი არიან ისრებით (9 თანამშრომელი). გარდა ამისა, კონფლიქტის განმუხტვას შეეცადნენ ფაქტის შემსწრე უნივერსიტეტის ადმინისტრაციის თანამშრომლები და სხვა სტუდენტები.
