საზოგადოებრივი მაუწყებელის მიერ მიმდინარე წლის 14 აგვისტოს გაცხადებულ პოლიტიკური გაერთიანება ”ცენტრისტების” საარჩევნო რეკლამის ეთერიდან მოხსნის საფუძველს - „წინასაარჩევნო რეკლამის შინაარსი შეიცავს სახელმწიფოს სუვერენიტეტის საწინააღმდეგო გზავნილებს და შეიძლება ეწინააღმდეგებოდეს საქართველოს კონსტიტუციას“, აღნიშნული საკითხის შესწავლა, საქართველოს ორგანული კანონის „საქართველოს საარჩევნო კოდექსის“ 45-ე მუხლის მე-3 ნაწილით განსაზღვრული ვალდებულებების შესრულების შეფასება და დარღვევის დაფიქსირების შემთხვევაში რეაგირება ცესკოს უფლებამოსილებას წარმოადგენს.
