Timmy's friends are fascinated by Tommy, who explains his absence from doing work in Tibecuador, a country Timmy made up on the spot and wished into existence. However, Tommy's overly zealous and moralistic attitude begins to annoy Timmy, and soon Tommy convinces their parents that sending Timmy to Tibecuador was the best option for him. Timmy can't wish Tommy away either, because his niceness has caused Tootie to fall in love with him!
