„საქართველოს ეროვნული ბანკის შესახებ“ ორგანულ კანონში საქართველოს პარლამენტის მიერ მეორე მოსმენით მიღებულ ცვლილებებს პოზიტიურს უწოდებს წარსულში ეროვნული ბანკის საბჭოს წევრი, პროფესორი მიხეილ თოქმაზიშვილი.
მისი განცხადებით, ამ ცვლილებებით ეროვნული ბანკის დამოუკიდებლობა კიდევ უფრო უზრუნველყოფილი იქნება. „ეროვნული ბანკის პრეზიდენტი უნდა განსაზღვრავდეს პოლიტიკას და უფლება უნდა ჰქონდეს, ვიცეპრეზიდენტებიც თავად წარადგინოს“ - აღნიშნა ექსპერტმა დღეს "ეკონომეტრში" სტუმრობისას.
გასულ კვირას პარლამენტმა „ეროვნული ბანკის შესახებ“ ორგანულ კანონში ცვლილებები მეორე მოსმენით მიიღო. ცვლილებების მიხედვით, საქართველოს პრეზიდენტის ნაცვლად, ეროვნული ბანკის ვიცეპრეზიდენტები ეროვნული ბანკის პრეზიდენტის წარდგინებით დაინიშნებიან და გათავისუფლდებიან თანამდებობიდან.
