მაშინ, როცა ქალაქი სადღესასწაულო ჟრიამულით ივსება, "ბულბული მარკეტის" საშობაო ფესტივალი კულტურის ცენტრ "მუზაში" საოცრებათა ჯადოსნურ ქვეყანდ გადაიქცევა.
გარემოს შეავსებს საშობაო ფუნთუშეულის და გლინტვეინის სურნელება. ფესტივალზე წარმოდგენილი იქნება ადგილობრივი ჯანსაღი პროდუქტი, ღვინო, დახვეწილი კერძები, ხელნაკეთი ნივთები და სათამაშოები საახალწლო საჩუქრებისთვის.
ფესტივალს ერთგვარი საშობაო ბაზრობის სახე ექნება. ცნობილი და საინტერესო მონაწილეები - მზარეულები, მეღვინეები, კონდიტერები, ფერმერები, ხელოვანები და სხვები, სიამოვნებით გაგაცნობენ თავიანთ შემოქმედებას. ლამაზად გაფორმებულ დახლებზე წარმოდგენილი იქნება, როგორც ტრადიციული ქართული კერძები: საცივი, შემწვარი გოჭი, ელარჯი, ღვინო, ჭაჭა, ცხელი ალკოჰოლური სასმელები და ა.შ. ასევე, კარგად ნაცნობი თუ უცნობი ევროპული და აზიური სამზარეულოს შედევრები.
მუსიკით გაჟღენთილი საახალწლო ატმოსფერო და სპეციალურად ამ დღისთვის შერჩეული სასაჩუქრე ნივთები, მათ შორის ჩანთები, ხელოვნების ნიმუშები, სამკაულები, დღიურები, სუვენირები, თავის მოვლის საშუალებები, საყოფაცხოვრებო ნივთები, სათამაშოები და მრავალი სხვა რამ თქვენთვის და ძვირფასი ადამიანებისთვის!
