მიკროსაფინანსო ორგანიზაციის „გირო კრედიტის" დამფუძნებელი პოლიციელებს უფლებამოსილების გადამეტებაში ადანაშაულებს.
გიორგი გუგუმბერიძის მტკიცებით, პოლიცის თანამშრომლებმა 9 იანვარს ფიზიკური და სიტყვიერი შეურაცხყოფა მიაყენეს. გუგუმბერიძე ჰყვება, რომ სამართალდამცავები მის სახლში მივიდნენ და შესაბამისი დადგენილების გარეშე, ორგანიზაციის ერთ-ერთი ფილიალიდან სავარაუდო დანაშაულის შემცველი ვიდეოჩანაწერების გადაცემა მოსთხოვეს.
ორგანიზაციის ხელმძღვანელის თქმით, უარის შემდეგ პოლიციის განყოფილებაში გადაიყვანეს, სადაც პოლიციის უფროსმა ფიზიკური შეურაცხყოფა მიაყენა.
საქმეზე სასამართლო პროცესი 23 თებერვალს გაიმართება. სხდომამდე გუგუმბერიძის ინტერესების დამცველი არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაცია ვაკე-საბურთალოს პოლიციის სამმართველოს მე-7 განყოფილების უფროსისა და მისი მოადგილისთვის უფლებამოსილების შეჩერებას ითხოვს.
ფაქტს ეხმაურება შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროც. უწყებაში ამბობენ, რომ გენერალურმა ინსპექციამ მოკვლევა უკვე დაწყო.
