გაიმიჯნება თუ არა მაუწყებლის სამეურვეო საბჭოსა და გენერალურ დირექტორს შორის უფლება-მოვალეობები და ვალდებულებები - მაუწყებლობის შესახებ საქართველოს კანონში შესატან ცვლილებებზე სამუშაო ჯგუფის პირველი შეხვედრა გაიმართა.
აუდიენციის ფარგლებში მაუწყებლის თანამშრომლების ნაწილის მიერ მომზადებული საკანონმდებლო წინადადება განიხილეს.
გოგა ჩართოლანის თქმით, ცვლილებების მიზანია, კანონის 30-ე მუხლის სამი პუნქტის ჩასწორება.
სამუშაო ჯგუფის შეხვედრას სამეურვეო საბჭოს ერთ-ერთი წევრიც, ესწრებოდა რომელიც ცვლილებების მომხრეა.
ირინა ფუტკარაძის განმარტებით, სამეურვეო საბჭო უფლებამოსილების შესუსტებისკენ მიმართულ ნაბიჯს არ გადადგამს.
საკანონმდებლო წინადადება იურიდიულ საკითხთა კომიტეტის სხდომაზე განიხილეს.
