შეხვედრაზე მოწვეული იყვნენ შიდა ქართლის რეგიონის ბიზნესოპერატორები. მათ ეტიკეტის ნიმუშები დაურიგდათ, სადაც დატანილი უნდა იყოს სრულყოფილი ინფორმაცია დახლზე განთავსებული ხორცის და ხორცპროდუქტების ვარგისიანობისა და წარმომავლობის შესახებ.
ტექნიკური რეგლამენტი პირველი იანვრიდან ამოქმედდა. ის ბაზარზე განთავსებული საქონლის ხორცისა და საქონლის ხორცის პროდუქტების წარმოების, გადამუშავებისა და დისტრიბუციის ეტაპებზე სავალდებულო ეტიკეტირებას განსაზღვრავს.
