Yes, colours flourished, balanced by natural shades; fur hats topped many a male and female head; trims and linings abounded; full-fur garments mingled with mixes; and, accessories were all over the place. Yes, the men and women wearers of fur may have touted the most precious of materials for fashion’s sake, but you can be sure they wore it to keep warm on the frigid streets of New York.
