საქართველოს ეროვნული ოლიმპიური კომიტეტი თბილისის საქალაქო სასამართლოს მიერ მიღებულ,შუალედურ გადაწყვეტილებას ასაჩივრებს. აღნიშნულ თემასთან დაკავშირებით, სეოკის პრეზიდენტმა, ადვოკატებთან ერთად, სპეციალური ბრიფინგი გამართა.
ლერი ხაბელოვმა ჟურნალისტებს სასამართლოში მათ მიერ წარდგენილი საჩივრის დეტალები გააცნო. ოლიმპიური კომიტეტი, გასული წლის 23 დეკემბრის საანგარიშო საარჩევნო სესიის ოქმის შედეგების მოქმედების დროებით შეჩერებას ასაჩივრებს.
შეგახსენებთ, რომ ოლიმპიური კომიტეტის პრეზიდენტობის კანდიდატმა ირაკლი მეძმარიაშვილმა საქალაქო სასამართლოს არჩევნების დროს კანდიდატთა რეგისტრაციის წესის დარღვევასთან დაკავშირებით მიმართა, რის შემდეგაც სასამართლომ მიიღო გადაწყვეტილება, ოლიმპიური კომიტეტის საპრეზიდენტო არჩევნების შედეგების შეჩერებასთან დაკავშირებით.
