სამედიცინო პუნქტში მუდმივად იმყოფება ექიმი, რომელიც, საჭიროების შემთხვევაში, იზოლატორში მოთავსებულ პირებს კვალიფიციურ სამედიცინო მომსახურებას გაუწევს.
ადამიანის უფლებების დაცვის მაღალი სტანდარტის შესაბამისად, შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტრო მუდმივად ახორციელებს იზოლატორების რეაბილიტაციას.
2015-2016 წლებში, რუსთავის მსგავსად, სამუშაოები ქუთაისისა და ყვარლის დროებითი მოთავსების იზოლატორებშიც განხორციელდა.
