საქართველოს კომუნიკაციების ეროვნულ კომისიასა და საქართველოს კონკურენციის სააგენტოს შორის ელექტრონული კომუნიკაციების სფეროში თანამშრომლობის მემორანდუმი გაფორმდა.
დოკუმენტის ხელმოწერით მხარეები შეთანხმდნენ, რომ ელექტრონული კომუნიკაციების სფეროში კონკურენციის პოლიტიკის ეფექტურად წარმართვისა და კონკურენციის კანონმდებლობის აღსრულების მიზნით ითანამშრომლებენ, მხარეთა ექსპერტებს შორის შეხვედრები და კონსულტაციები ორმხრივი ინტერესის სფეროს საკითხებთან და ინფორმაციის გაცვლასთან დაკავშირებით პერმანენტულ ხასიათს მიიღებს, ასევე, სააგენტოს და კომისიის თანამშრომლებით დაკომპლექტებული ერთობლივი სამუშაო ჯგუფები კონკურენციის დარღვევის შემთხვევებს შეისწავლიან.
უწყებებს შორის თანამშრომლობის მემორანდუმს ხელი ერთი მხრივ, საქართველოს კონკურენციის სააგენტო თავმჯდომარემ ნოდარ ხადურმა და მეორე მხრივ, საქართველოს კომუნიკაციების ეროვნული კომისიის თავმჯდომარმ ვახტანგ აბაშიძემ მოაწერეს.
