1987 წელს დაბადებული, წარსულში ნასამართლევი გ.ს., განსაკუთრებით დიდი ოდენობით ნარკოტიკული საშუალების შეძენა-შენახვის ბრალდებით, თბილისში დააკავეს, - ამის შესახებ ინფორმაციას შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტრო ავრცელებს.
უწყების ცნობით, ოპერატიულ-სამძებრო ღონისძიებები ცენტრალური კრიმინალური პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის ნარკოტიკების უკანონო ბრუნვის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლის მთავარი სამმართველოს თანამშრომლებმა ჩაატარეს.
„სამართალდამცველებმა, დაკავებულის პირადი ჩხრეკისას, 185,1 გრამი ბუპრენორფინის შემცველი 460 აბი და 15 ნატეხი, ასევე, 640,61 გრამი ნარკოტიკული საშუალება „მდმა“-ს შემცველი 1633 აბი, აბის ნატეხები და ფხვნილი ამოიღეს.
ნარკოლოგიური შემოწმების შედეგად, გ.ს.-ს მარიხუანის მოხმარების ფაქტი დაუდგინდა.
გამოძიება განსაკუთრებით დიდი ოდენობით ნარკოტიკული საშუალების უკანონო შეძენა-შენახვის ფაქტზე მიმდინარეობს (საქართველოს სსკ-ს 260-ე მუხლის მე-6 ნაწილის „ა“ ქვეპუნქტით)" - აღნიშნულია შსს-ს განცხადებაში.
