არასაპარლამენტო პარტიები საკონსტიტუციო კომისიის ბოიკოტირებით იმუქრებიან. ეს იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ სამუშაო ჯგუფი მათ წინადადებებს არ გაიზიარებს.
წერილობით გავრცელების გარდა, 15-მა პარტიამ საკუთარი მოთხოვნები კონფერენციაზეც დააყენა,რომელიც საკონსტიტუციო რეფორმას მიეძღვნა.
არასაპარლამენტო ოპოზიცია მაჟორიტარული სისტემის გაუქმებას, ბარიერის 3%-მდე დაწევას და პრეზიდენტის პირდაპირი არჩევის წესის შენარჩუნებას ითხოვს.
თუმცა სამივე საკითხის გარშემო ისევ აზრთა სხვადასხვაობაა. შეთანხმების მისაღწევად ცოტა დრო რჩება-ქვეყნის უზენაეს კანონში შესატანი ცვლილებების პროექტი აპრილის ბოლოს იქნება მზად.
