დღეს, "მოძრაობა თავისუფლებისთვის - ევროპულმა საქართველომ" საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოში დაარეგისტრირა სარჩელი ე.წ. "მოსმენების კანონის" შესახებ. სარჩელის მიხედვით გასაჩივრდება კანონის ის ნაწილი, რომლებიც ოპერატიულ-ტექნიკური სააგენტოს სუს-ის დაქვემდებარებაში დატოვებას და იმ ნორმებს, რომელიც ვერ უზრუნველყოფს, ამ სისტემის მიერ, მოსმენების განხორციელებაზე ეფექტურ კონტროლს.
,,ჩვენ რა თქმა უნდა ვუერთდებით კამპანია ეს შენ გეხებას და თითოეულ ადამიანს ვეუბნებით, რომ დიახ ეს თქვენ გეხებათ, თქვენ მოგისმენენ, თქვენ დაგაშანტაჟებენ და იმისთვის, რომ ივანიშვილს და ქართულ ოცნებას ამის შესაძლებლობა აღარ მიეცეს, ჩვენ ვაპირებთ დღეს მივმართოთ საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს, სადაც დიდი იმედი გვაქვს, რომ დამტკიცდება იმ მოდელის არაკონსტიტუციურობა, რომელიც ქართულმა ოცნებამ მიიღიო და აქღარ ექნება სუს-ს შესაძლებლობა უკანონოდ მოუსმინოს და დააშანტაჟს ადამიანები,“-განაცხადა ირაკლი აბესაძემ.
