ხმაურის ფონზე წარიმართა პარლამენტში შერიგებისა და სამოქალაქო თანასწორობის საკითხებში სახელმწიფო მინისტრის ანგარიშის მოსმენა.
კომიტეტების გაერთიანებულ სხდომას აფხაზთა კრების წევრები ესწრებოდნენ, მათი შეფასებით, ოკუპირებული ტერიტორიების საკითხი კვლავ მწვავე პრობლემაა, მინისტრი კი არ აქცევს სათანადო ყურადღებას ოკუპირებულ ტერიტორიებზე მცხოვრებ მოქალაქეებს.
სიტყვიერი დაპირისპირება იყო კრების წევრებს და "პატრიოტთა ალიანსის" წევრ ადა მარშანიას შორისაც.
რაც შეეხება ქეთევან ციხელაშვილის ანგარიშს, მინისტრის განცხადებით, რუსეთთან დეოკუპაციის პოლიტიკა,ასევე აფხაზ და ოს საზოგდოებასთან შერიგების პოლიტიკა სახელმწიფოსთვის პრიიორიტეტია.
მინისტრმა ყურადღება გაამახვილა პროექტებზე, რომლებითაც ოკუპორებულ ტერიტორიებზე მცხოვრებლები სარგებლობენ.
ოპოზიციის შეფასებით, სახელმწიფო მინისტრის აპარატი არ უნდა არსებობდეს. მისი ფუნქციები კი საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტრომ უნდა შეითავსოს.
