გამოსვლის დროს გიორგი მარგველაშვილმა პროექტის იმ ნაწილზე გაამახვილა ყურადღება, რომლის მიხედვით, უშიშროების საბჭო უქმდება და მის ნაცვლად თავდაცვის საბჭო იქმნება.
