დიდი ოდენობით ნარკოტიკების შეძენა-შენახვის ბრალდებიით დაკავებული მიხეილ მგალობლიშვილი ბრალს არ აღიარებს.
ჯგუფ “ბირჟა მაფიას” წევრს აღკვეთის ღონისძიებად სასამართლომ რამდენიმე წუთის წინ პატიმრობა შეუფარდა.
დაკავებულის ადვოკატი აცხადებს, რომ მიხეილ მგალობლიშვილის დაკავება ჯგუფის ვიდეოკლიპს უკავშირდება რომელშიც პოლიციელია გაშარჟებული. ნარკოტიკული საშუალება კი, როგორც ადვოკატი აცხადებს, მგალობლიშვილს სამართალდამცავებმა ჩაუდეს.
დაცვის ამ პოზიციას უარყოფს ბრალდება . პროკურორის განცხადებით, მგალობლიშვილის დაკავებისას თან ჰქონდა ნარკოტიკული საშუალება. ფაქტი კი მტკიცებულებით დასტურდება.
