კვლევის პროცესში ქართველმა და უცხოელმა ექსპერტებმა ნანუაშვილის სახელობის ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობის ეროვნული ცენტრის და ხელვაჩაურის ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობის ცენტრის პრივატიზაციის საკითხები და დოკუმენტაცია შეისწავლეს.
სახალხო დამცველი პროცესში ხარვეზებზე ამახვილებს ყურადღებას და მიიჩნევს, რომ პრივატიზაციას თან უნდა ახლდეს ჩამოყალიბებული, განსახორციელებელი სტანდარტები პაციენტთა უსაფრთხოებასთან და ადამიანის უფლებების დაცვასთან დაკავშირებით.
