საქართველოს შეიარაღებული ძალები სერჟანტთა კორპუსის დღეს აღნიშნავს. სერჟანტთა პროფესიულ დღესთან დაკავშირებით ავღანეთში, ბაგრამის საავიაციო ბაზაზე დაჯილდოების ცერემონიალი გაიმართა. საქართველოს შეიარაღებული ძალების II ქვეითი ბრიგადის 23-ე ბატალიონის მეთაურმა, ვიცე-პოლკოვნიკმა ბექა ამბროლაძემ, მისმა მოადგილემ, ვიცე-პოლკოვნიკმა მიხეილ გოგნაძემ და ბატალიონის უფროსმა სერჟანტმა მალხაზ კოპალიანმა „დაკისრებული მოვალეობის სისტემატურად მაღალხარისხიანად შესრულებისათვის" სერჟანტებს საპატიო სიგელები გადასცეს, სამსახურისთვის მადლობა გადაუხადეს და სამშობლოში მშვიდობით დაბრუნება უსურვეს.
II ქვეითი ბრიგადის 23-ე ბატალიონი „მტკიცე მხარდაჭერის“ მისიას აპრილიდან ასრულებს. ბატალიონის უმთავრეს ამოცანას ბაზის შიდა და გარე უსაფრთხოების დაცვა წარმოადგენს.
