რა მოხდა სასჯელაღსრულების ნომერ მე-9 დაწესებულებაში და რატომ ვერ განხორციელდა ყოფილი მაღალჩინოსნის ირაკლი ფირცახლავას დაკითხვა.
ირაკლი ფირცხალავა და გიორგი ცააძე სახელმწიფო მოხელეების მხრიდან გარკვეულ დარღვევებზე საუბრობენ.
სახალხო დამცველის აპარატი ვითარებაში გასარკვევად პენიტენციური დაწესებულებიდან ვიდეოჩანაწერების ამოღებას ითხოვს. შესაბამისი განაცხადით სამინისტროს ომბუდსმენის აპარტი უახლოეს საათებში მიმართვას.
ირაკლი ფირცხალავა გუშინ მე-9 დაწესებულებაში დახურულ სხდომაზე უნდა დაკითხულიყო. თუმცა ის შეუძლოდ გახდა. ის უკვე 4 დღეა შიმშილობს.
