ოპოზიციური პარტიები იმ განცხადებასა და წერილს ავრცელებენ, რომელიც მათ საკონსტიტუციო ცვლილებებთან დაკავშირებით საპარლამენტო უმრავლესობის ლიდერს გაუგზავნეს.

განცხადებაში ნათქვამია, რომ კონსენსუსის მიღწევისთვის და დიალოგის დასაწყებად აუცილებელია რომ „ქართული ოცნება“ დაუბრუნდეს საკონსტიტუციო რეფორმის დაწყებისას მის მიერ შემოთავაზებულ მოცემულობას, რომლის მიხედვითაც, 2020 წლის საპარლამენტო არჩევნები სრულად პროპორციული საარჩევნო სისტემითა და მანდატების სამართლიანად გადანაწილების პრინციპით ჩატარდება.
ერთ-ერთი საკითხი, რასაც ოპოზიცია ასევე პრინციპულ საკითხად აყენებს, მოლაპარაკებების პროცესში პრეზიდენტის პირდაპირი არჩევის წესია.
ოპოზიციაში აცხადებენ, რომ თუ „ქართული ოცნება“ გაიზიარებს ამ საკითხებს, მაშინ ისინი დიალოგისთვის მზად არიან.
განცხადება გაავრცელეს ინტერპარტიულ ჯგუფში გაერთიანებულმა არასაპარლამენტო ოპოზიციურმა პარტიებმაც, მათ წერილშიც მთავარ საკითხებად საარჩევნო სისტემა, მანდატების გადანაწილება, საარჩევნო ბლოკები და პრეზიდენტის არჩევის წესი დაფიქსირება.
