შსს-ს სამცხე-ჯავახეთის პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის და საპატრულო პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის თანამშრომლებმა, ჩატარებული ოპერატიულ-საგამოძიებო ღონისძიებების შედეგად, ხე-ბუჩქნარის უკანონოდ გაჩეხვის ფაქტზე 15 პირი გამოავლინეს, ხოლო ხე-ტყის პირველადი გადამამუშავებელი ობიექტის (სახერხი საამქროს) ტექნიკური რეგლამენტის მოთხოვნების დარღვევის ფაქტზე 1 პირი ამხილეს.
სამართალდამცველებმა, ბორჯომის, ადიგენის, ნინოწმინდის და ასპინძის რაიონში, მხილებულების ავტომანქანებიდან უკანონოდ მოპოვებული ხის მრგვალი მორები და სამასალე ფიცრები ამოიღეს, ხოლო ბორჯომში გამოვლენილი უკანონო სახერხი საამქრო დალუქეს.
გამოძიება ხე-ბუჩქნარის უკანონოდ გაჩეხვისა და ხე-ტყის პირველადი გადამამუშავებელი ობიექტის (სახერხი საამქროს) ტექნიკური რეგლამენტის მოთხოვნების დარღვევის ფაქტებზე მიმდინარეობს (საქართველოს სსკ-ის 303-ე მუხლის 1 ნაწილით და ადმინისტრაციულ სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 128-ე პრიმა-3 მუხლის 1 ნაწილით).
