შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს კახეთის პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის და შსს-ს საპატრულო პოლიციის კახეთის მთავარი სამმართველოს თანამშრომლებმა, ჩატარებული ოპერატიულ-საგამოძიებო ღონისძიებების შედეგად, 1-დან 11 სექტემბრამდე ხე-ბუჩქნარის უკანონოდ გაჩეხვის ფაქტზე 19 პირი გამოავლინეს, ხოლო ხე-ტყის პირველადი გადამამუშავებელი ობიექტის (სახერხი საამქროს) ტექნიკური რეგლამენტის მოთხოვნების დარღვევის ფაქტზე 1 პირი ამხილეს.
სამართალდამცველებმა მხილებულების ავტომანქანებიდან, უკანონოდ მოპოვებული ხის მორები და ფიცრები ამოიღეს, ხოლო ლაგოდეხის რაიონის სოფ. აფენში გამოვლენილი უკანონო სახერხი საამქრო დალუქეს, საიდანაც სამართალდამცველებმა ხე-ტყის გადამამუშავებელი დანადგარი და სხვადასხვა ჯიშის ხის მასალა ამოიღეს.
გამოძიება ხე-ბუჩქნარის უკანონოდ გაჩეხვის ფაქტზე (საქართველოს სსკ-ის 303-ე მუხლის 1-ლი ნაწილით) მიმდინარეობს.
