შსს-ს ცენტრალური კრიმინალური პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის ორგანიზებულ დანაშაულთან ბრძოლის მთავარი სამმართველოს თანამშრომლებმა, ოპერატიული ინფორმაციის საფუძველზე ჩატარებული საგამოძიებო მოქმედებების შედეგად, ცეცხლსასროლი იარაღისა და საბრძოლო მასალის მართლსაწინააღმდეგო შეძენა-შენახვა-ტარების ბრალდებით, 1990 წელს დაბადებული გ.კ. თბილისში დააკავეს.
პოლიციამ, დაკავებულის პირადი ჩხრეკისას, ,,მაკაროვის“ კონსტრუქციის არარეგისტრირებული პისტოლეტი, ორი მჭიდი და 15 საბრძოლო ვაზნა ამოიღო.
დაკავებული ჩადენილ დანაშაულს აღიარებს.
გამოძიება ცეცხლსასროლი იარაღისა და საბრძოლო მასალის მართლსაწინააღმდეგო შეძენა-შენახვისა და ტარების ფაქტზე მიმდინარეობს (საქართველოს სსკ-ს 236-ე მუხლის მე-2 და მე-3 ნაწილებით).
