ე.წ. „ქართული მარშის“ ერთ-ერთი დამფუძნებელი ლადო სადღობელაშვილი თბილისის საქალაქო სასამართლომ პოლიციელისადმი წინააღმდეგობის გაწევაში დამნაშავედ ცნო და 500-ლარიანი ჯარიმა დააკისრა.
აქციის ორგანიზატორი მიიჩნევს, რომ მისი დაკავება უკანონოდ მოხდა და დაკავების შემდეგ პატრულის ავტომობილში სამართალდამცავები მას ფიზიკურად გაუსწორდნენ. სადღობელაშვილი პატრულის წინააღმდეგ სარჩელის მომზადებას გეგმავს. სადღობელაშვილი მოსამართლის დღევანდელ გადაწყეტილებას ასაჩივრებს.
„ქართულ მარშის" ორგანიზატორს ბრალად პოლიციელისადმი დაუმორჩილებლობა და წვრილმანი ხულიგნობა ედებოდა. ის 12 სექტემბრის აქციაზე დააკავეს, როდესაც პროტესტის მონაწილეები ფონდ „ღია საზოგადოება საქართველოსთან“ შეიკრიბნენ და ორგანიზაციის საქმიანობის შეწყვეტას ითხოვდნენ. ამის შემდეგ კი აქციის მონაწილეებმა „ქართული ოცნების“ თბილისის მერობის კანდიდატის ოფისთან გადაინაცვლეს, სადაც კახა კალაძესთან შეხვედრა და უცხო ქვეყნის მოქალაქეებისათვის მიწების მიყიდვის საკითხთან დაკავშირებით კითხვების დასმა სურდათ.
