იზრუნე გარემოზე - 22 სექტემბერს მსოფლიო ავტომობილის გარეშე აღნიშნავს. თარიღთან დაკავშირებით, მსოფლიოს სხვა ქალაქების პარალელურად, ველორბოლა თბილისშიც გაიმართა.
ველომოყვარულებმა პეკინის ველობილიკი გაიარეს. დღის მთავარი მოწოდებაა, მოქალაქეებმა ერთი დღით თავი შეიკავონ ავტომობილით სარგებლობისგან, გადაადგილდნენ ფეხით ან გამოიყენონ ალტერნატიული და ჯანსაღი ტრანსპორტი.
ღონისძიების ორგანიზატორია “საქართველოს ალიანსი უსაფრთხო გზებისთვის”. აქციას საქართველოში აკრედიტებული ელჩები, საჯარო პირები და ველომოყვარულები უერთდებიან.
საერთაშორისო დღე ავტომობილის გარეშე ევროკომისიამ 2000 წელს დააარსა. დღის მიზანია, ქალაქის ცენტრალურ უბნებში ნაკლები კერძო ავტომობილის მოძრაობით მოქალაქეები გაუფრთხილდნენ გარემოს.
