გურჯაანიდან დაიწყო კახეთში ქართული ღვინის კვირეული.
გურჯაანში გამართულ ღვინის ფესტივალზე წარმოდგენილი იყო როგორც გლეხის მიერ ქვევრში დაყენებული ღვინო, ასევე 60-ზე მეტი დიდი და მცირე მარნების წარმოებული ღვინო.
ფესტივალის სტუმრებს შესაძლებლობა ჰქონდათ დაეგემოვნებინათ კახური ღვინო. მოეწყო ხალხური რეწვის ნამუშევრების გამოფენა-გაყიდვა.
ფესტივალის მიზანია, ღვინის ტურიზმის განვითარების ხელშეწყობა და ქართული ტრადიციების გაცნობა უცხოელი და ქართული საზოგადოებისთვის.
