შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს თბილისის პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის დეტექტივების სამმართველოს მე-3 განყოფილების თანამშრომლებმა, ჩატარებული ოპერატიულ-სამძებრო და საგამოძიებო ღონისძიებების შედეგად, 1971 წელს დაბადებული ნ.გ. განსაკუთრებით დიდი ოდენობით ნარკოტიკული საშუალების უკანონო შეძენა-შენახვის ბრალდებით, თბილისში დააკავეს. მის მიერ ჩადენილი დანაშაული 8-დან 20 წლამდე ან უვადო თავისუფლების აღკვეთას ითვალისწინებს.
სამართალდამცველებმა, დაკავებულის პირადი ჩხრეკისას, ბუპრენორფინის შემცველი 49 აბი და 0,51664 გრამი ჰეროინი ამოიღეს.
გამოძიება განსაკუთრებით დიდი ოდენობით ნარკოტიკული საშუალების უკანონო შეძენა-შენახვის ფაქტზე მიმდინარეობს, საქართველოს სსკ-ს 260-ე მუხლის მე-6 ნაწილის „ა“ ქვეპუნქტით.
