On March 7, 1973, during the Vietnam War, Stephen Rusch’s plane crashed on the Ho Chi Minh trail. Decades later, while filming the documentary Blood Road, his daughter Rebecca returned to the Ho Chi Minh to bike the entirety of the trail and find her father’s resting place. While on this trip, the 43rd anniversary of Stephen Rusch's plane going down takes place. For the first time in her life, Rebecca takes a moment to commemorate her father on this anniversary. In this video, she and the Blood Road film crew spent time honoring him, and Rebecca shares some very personal thoughts about her father.
