ლიზინგის ასოციაციის თავმჯდომარე საქართველოს მთავრობას მიმართავს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს მიერ ინიციებულ საკანონმდებლო ინიციატივაზე ცვლილებებს ითხოვს. მათ შორის მოხდეს ლიზინგთან დაკავშირებული ცვლილებების ცალკე კლასიფიკაცია; შემუშავდეს ცვლილებათა ახალი პაკეტი, რომელიც ლიზინგის პროდუქტზე სრულად იქნება მორგებული; ასევე, 200 000 ლარიანი შეზღუდვა მხოლოდ ფიზიკურ პირებთან მიმართებაში იქნეს მიღებული; ეფექტური საპროცენტო განაკვეთის პროცენტულობა 50%-ს ნაცვლად გაზარდოს 75%-მდე;
ამავე რეკომენდაციებში აღნიშნულია, რომ ეფექტური საპროცენტო განაკვეთის პროცენტულობის ლიზინგზე გავრცელებით არ უნდა დაგვევალოს საპროცენტო სარგებლისა და ეფექტური პროცენტის ცალკე გამოყოფა ლიზინგის ხელშეკრულებაში; რეკომენდაციებთან ერთად საინტერესოა ის რედაქცია, რომელიც ფინანსთა სამინისტრომ თავად წარადგინა.
