პარტია ,,კანონი და სამართალი'' საქართველოს მთავრობისგან შემდეგი ნაბიჯების გადადგმას მოითხოვს:
1. გონივრული ვადით გადავადებულ იქნას ყველა ადმინისტრაციული სახდელის გადახდის ვადა, მათ შორის საპატრულო პოლიციის ჯარიმების გადახდის ვადა;
2. გადავადებულ იქნას ავტოსატრანსპორტო საშუალებათა ტექ დათვალიერების ვადა და არ დაჯარიმდნენ მფლობელები;
3. გადავადებულ იქნას აღსრულების ეროვნული ბიუროს მიერ გასატარებელი ღონისძიებები, შეჩერებულ იქნას ყველა გამოსახლება;
4. ტურისტული სფეროს მსგავსად ყველა მეწარმე სუბიექტს გადაუვადდეს საგადასახადო ვალდებულებები და არ მოხდეს მათზე საურავების დარიცხვა;
5. ელექტროენერგიის, ბუნებრივი აირის და ინტერნეტ პროვაიდერებთან კონსულტაციის გზით მოხდეს მათთვის საგადასახადო ვალდებულებების დროებით შეჩერება, რაც თავის მხრივ მნიშვნელოვნად (დაახლოებით 35 %) გააიაფებს მომსახურების ტარიფებს.
