ათამდე ნაძვის ხე მოჭრეს, ბათუმში, შერიფ ხიმშიაშვილის 27 ნომერში მდებარე კორპუსის ეზოში. გამწვანების სამსახურში ამბობენ, რომ ზომები, ადგილობრივთა მიმართვის საფუძველზე მიიღეს. მუნიციპალური აიპის წარმომადგენლის განმარტებით, ხეები დეფორმირებული იყო და გადაადგილებას აფერხებდა როგორც ავტომობილებისთვის, ისე ქვეითებისთვის. ხეების მოჭრა კორპუსში მცხოვრებლების ნაწილმა გააპროტესტა. მოქალაქეების თქმით, გადახრილი ნაძვების გასწორება შესაძლებელი იყო. ადგილობრივებს მიაჩნიათ, რომ გამწვანების სამსახურმა და კორპუსის ამხანაგობამ, გადაწყვეტილება აქ მცხოვრებთა უმრავლესობის ნების დამადასტურებელი ხელმოწერების გარეშე მიიღეს.
