გოგაშვილი ციხიდან გავრცელებულ საგანგებო წერილში აღნიშნავს, რომ 6 წლის წინ, გომელაურმა შვილის მეგობარს სადამსჯელო ოპერაცია მოუწყო. სუსის ზონდერებს, შარაძესა და “მოზგის” ტომარა ჩამოფარებული გაატაცებინა, აწამებინა და სომხეთის საზღვარზე დაატოვებინა. გოგაშვილის თქმით, შინაგან საქმეთა მინისტრი, აღნიშნულ პირს ქვეყანაში დაბრუნების შემთხვევაში, იარაღს ჩადებით დაემუქრა. აღნიშნული ბრალდება 14 წლამდე პატიმრობას ითვალისწინებს.
