სახელმწიფო უწყებების უმრავლესობა კვლავ ვერ უზრუნველყოფს საჯარო ინფორმაციის მაღალი სტანდარტით და თანმიმდევრულ გამოქვეყნებას - ასეთია კვლევის შედეგი, რომელიც ინფორმაციის თავისუფლების განვითარების ინსტიტუტმა გამოაქვეყნა. IDFI-ის მონიტორინგის მიხედვით, 2013 წლიდან, საქართველოს ხელისუფლებას, ამ მიმართულულებით, მნიშვნელოვანი ნაბიჯები არ გადაუდგამს. აღმოჩნდა, რომ შერჩეული 128 საჯარო დაწესებულებიდან, 13-ს საერთოდ არ ჰქონდა საკუთარი ვებგვერდი, მათ შორის, საქართველოს კულტურის და სპორტის სამინისტროს. საჯაროობის 100%-იანი მაჩვენებელი კი, მხოლოდ, 3-მა უწყებამ აჩვენა. მათ შორისაა, საქართველოს სტატისტიკის ეროვნული სამსახური. რაც შეეხება აჭარას. მესამე სექტორმა რეგიონში 5 საჯარო დაწესებულების - მთავრობის აპარატისა და 4 სამინისტროს ვებ-გვერდის მონიტორინგი განახორციელა. ყველაზე დაბალი შედეგი, მთავრობის აპარატს - 51 % და სოფლის მეურნეობის სამინისტროს -61 % აქვს.
