ყაზბეგის გამზირზე ინფექციური საავადმყოფოს ტერიტორიაზე, რომელიც წლების ავერსის საკუთრებაშია კომპანია ახალი მულტიფუნქციური კლასტერის სამედიცინო, საგანმანათლებლო, ადმინისტრაციული და კომერციული ფუნქციებით განვითარება იგეგმება.ტერიტორიის განაშენიანების რეგულირების გეგმარებითი დავალებით ტრანსპორტისა და ურბანული განვითარების სააგენტოს ავერსმა უკვე მიმართა. ატვირთული დოკუმენტაციიდან ირკვევა, რომ ტერიტორია დაიყოფა სამ საპროექტო ნაკვეთად.
პირველ ნაკვეთზე აშენდება ბლოკი, სადაც განთავსდება სამედიცინო კომპლექსი, სამედიცინო ტურიზმის მიზნებისთვის გათვლილი სასტუმრო და ადმინისტრაციული ნაწილი. ბლოკი შედგება 10 და 35 სართულიანი შენობებისგან.
მეორე ნაკვეთზე განთავსდება ორი 6 სართულიანი ბლოკი, სადაც განთავსდება სამედიცინო/კლინიკური კომპლექსი. მესამე ნაკვეთზე კი მოეწყობა სამედიცინო კომპლექსი, უნივერსიტეტი, ადმინისტრაციული ნაწილი და საცხოვრებელი ბლოკი (კამპუსი). ამ შემთხვევაში შენობები 10 სართულიანი იქნება.
ცნობისთვის, თბილისში, ალექსანდრე ყაზბეგის გამზირზე მდებარე ინფექციური საავადმყოფოს შენობა 2009 წლიდან კერძო მფლობელობაშია. მისი მესაკუთრე "ავერსი ფარმაა", რომელმაც სახელმწიფოსგან აღნიშნული ტერიტორია 12,5 მილიონ დოლარად 12 წლის წინ შეიძინა, თუმცა მიუხედავად ამისა, მფლობელი არსებულ ტერიტორიას სხვადასხვა მიზეზების გამო, სრულფასოვნად ვერც იყენებდა და ვერც ავითარებდა. 2020 წლის ზაფხულში ინფექციური საავადმყოფოს ახალი შენობის შეძენა მაშინდელმა პრემიერ-მინისტრმა გიორგი გახარიამ დააანონსა. მალევე ცნობილი გახდა, რომ 33 მილიონ ლარად დიღომში, ლუბლიანას ქუჩაზე ინფექციური საავადმყოფოსთვის ახალი შენობა იყო შეძენილი, თუმცა ამ დრომდე ადგილზე სარემონტო სამუშაოები არ დაწყებულა, შესაბამისად, ინფექციური საავადმყოფო ფუნქციონირებას ისევ ყაზბეგის გამზირზე განაგრძობს.
ფარმაცევტული კომპანია „ავერსის“ დამფუძნებელი პაატა კურტანიძე რამდენიმე თვის წინ BM.GE-თან აცხადებდა, რომ „ავერსის“ კლინიკის შენობის ტერიტორია, სადაც ამ დრომდე ინფექციური საავადმყოფო ფუნქციონირებს, ახალ შენობაში მისი გადასვლის შემდეგ, მხოლოდ სამედიცინო მიზნებით იქნებოდა გამოყენებული. და ის არ დაუშვებდა რაი
