110 იძულებით გადაადგილებულ ოჯახს, 2014 წლის ბოლოს, ახალი საცხოვრებელი სახლი ექნება. სამშენებლო სამუშაოები დღეს საქართველოს რეგიონული განვითარებისა და ინფრასტრუქტურის მინისტრმა, დავით შავლიაშვილმა დაათვალიერა.
მუნიციპალური ინფრასტრუქტურისა და იძულებით გადაადგილებულ პირთა საცხოვრებლის რეაბილიტაციის ფარგლებში, მუნიციპალური განვითარების ფონდი, იძულებით გადაადგილებულ პირთათვის ქუთაისში 110-ბინიანი საცხოვრებელი სახლის რეაბილიტაციას ახორციელებს. პროექტის საერთო ღირებულება 5 მლნ 560 ათასი ლარია.
ოცხელის ქუჩაზე მდებარე ყოფილი საავადმყოფოს შენობის რეაბილიტაციას ფონდი ამერიკის შეერთებული შტატების საერთაშორისო განვითარების სააგენტოს (USAID-ის) დაფინანსებით ახორციელებს. ყოფილი საავადმყოფოს შენობის სარეაბილიტაციო სამუშაოები 2014 წლის თებერვალში დაიწყო და მიმდინარე წლის ბოლოსთვის დასრულდება. პროექტის ფარგლებში, 110 იძულებით გადაადგილებული ოჯახი ახალ საცხოვრებელ სახლს მიიღებს. 110 ბინიდან 46 ბინა ერთოთახიანი, 52 ბინა-ოროთახიანი, 12 ბინა კი-სამოთახიანია. 6 ბინა შეზღუდული შესაძლებლობების მქონე პირთათვის სრულად ადაპტირებულია. ამასთან, რეაბილიტაციის დასრულების შემდეგ, საცხოვრებელი კორპუსი და გარე ინფრასტრუქტურა სრულად იქნება ადაპტირებული შშმ პირებისთვის.
