საზოგადოებრივი ცენტრების განვითარების მეორე ფაზა დასრულდა. პროექტის დახურვის ცერემონიალი ზუგდიდის მუნიციპალიტეტის კონფლიქტისპირა სოფელ ორსანტიაში გაიმართა, რომელსაც საქართველოს იუსტიციის მინისტრი თეა წულუკიანი, ევროკავშირის ელჩი საქართველოში იანოშ ჰერმანი, ადგილობრივი ხელისუფლების წარმომადგენლები და ორსანტიის მოსახლეობა დაესწრნენ.
საზოგადოებრივი ცენტრების კონცეფცია იუსტიციის სამინისტროს სახელმწიფო სერვისების განვითარების სააგენტოში შემუშავდა. პროექტი ევროკავშირის ფინანსურის მხარდაჭერით, შვედეთის საერთაშორისო განვითარების სააგენტოს (სიდა), ასევე გერმანიის საერთაშორისო თანამშრომლობის საზოგადოება და საერთაშორისო კვლევისა და გაცვლების საბჭოს მხარდაჭერით განხორციელდა.
