მსოფლიო ბანკმა საქართველოს ეკონომიკური ზრდის პროგნოზი გააუმჯობესა. ორგანიზაციის ვარაუდით, წელს ქვეყნის ეკონომიკა 5,2 პროცენტამდე გაიზრდება. ოფიციალური პროგნოზი კი 4 პროცენტია.
მსოფლიო ბანკი 2018 წლისთვის ქართულ ეკონომიკას 5,3%-მდე ზრდას უწინასწარმეტყველებს. რაც შეეხება გლობალურ ეკონომიკას, ის წელს, სავარაუდოდ, 2.7 პროცენტით გაიზრდება.
მართალია, წლევანდელი პროგნოზი გასული წლის 2.3-პროცენტიან მაჩვენებელთან შედარებით უკეთესია, მაგრამ, საერთო ჯამში, მდგომარეობის გაუარესებაზე მიანიშნებს. წინა პროგნოზის თანახმად, ბანკი მსოფლიო ეკონომიკის 3%-ით ზრდას ვარაუდობდა.
მსოფლიო ბანკში მიაჩნიათ, რომ გასული წელი საკმაოდ რთული გამოდგა მსოფლიო ეკონომიკისთვის, წელს კი მდგომარეობა შედარებით გამოსწორდება, თუმცა, რისკები ისევ რჩება და ბანკი ზრდის პროგნოზის შემცირებას არ გამორიცხავს.
