საქართველოს შეიარაღებული ძალების III ქვეითი ბრიგადის 32-ე ბატალიონის მესამე ნაკადი უკვე საქართველოშია. ავღანეთიდან დაბრუნებულ ქართულ ქვედანაყოფს ალექსეევკის სამხედრო აეროდრომზე სახმელეთო ჯარების დასავლეთის სარდალი, პოლკოვნიკი გიორგი მათიაშვილი, III ქვეითი ბრიგადის მეთაური, ვიცე-პოლკოვნიკი როლანდ კიკნაველიძე და საქართველოში ამერიკული საზღვაო ქვეითი ძალების ატაშე, ვიცე-პოლკოვნიკი უილიამ კონერი დახვდნენ.
32-ე ბატალიონის პირადმა შემადგენლობამ „მტკიცე მხარდაჭერის“ მისია ავღანეთში, ამერიკული სარდლობის დაქვემდებარებაში, ბაგრამის საავიაციო ბაზაზე შეასრულა. ქართული ქვედანაყოფი ბაგრამის საავიაციო ბაზისა და ძალთა უსაფრთხოების დაცვის ამოცანებს 7 თვის მანძილზე ასრულებდნენ. 32-ე ბატალიონმა, სამშვიდობო მისიის ფარგლებში, ფარვანის პროვინციის მოსახლეობის მხარდასაჭერად არაერთი ჰუმანიტარული ოპერაცია განახორციელეს და ხელმძღვანელობის მხრიდან მაღალი შეფასება მიიღეს.
III ქვეითი ბრიგადის 32-ე ბატალიონი, როტაციის წესით, II ქვეითი ბრიგადის 23-ე ბატალიონმა ჩაანაცვლა.
