აქვს თუ არა იუსტიციის საბჭოს კანონიერი უფლება ლევან მურუსიძე მოსამართლედ უვადოდ დანიშნოს.
არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაციების წარმომადგენლების შეფასებით, არსებული კანონი არ შეიძლება იყოს გამოყენებული ლევან მურუსიძის შემთხვევაში, ვინაიდან მას ამჟამად გამოსაცდელი ვადა აქვს. ნორმა, რომელიც უვადო გამწესებას ეხება უკუძალით არ შეიძლება გავრცელდეს ამ მოსამართლეზე.
იუსტიციის უმაღლესი საბჭოს სხდომა, რომელიც მოსამართლეთა უვადო გამწესებას განიხილავდა, დღეს საპროტესტო აქციის ფონზე წარიმართა, თუმცა უკვე მეორედ გადაიდო.
მიზეზი მომხსენებლის, შოთა გეწაძის გამოუცხადებლობა გახდა. გეწაძე სტრასბურგის მოსამართლეობის კანდიდატია და ის გასაუბრებაზე იყო.
საპროტესტო აქცია ადვოკატთა ასოციაციამ და პარტია თავისუფალი საქართველოს წევრებმა სწორედ ლევან მურუსიძის უვადოდ დანიშვნის გასაპროტესტებლად გამართეს.
