ფრეზეთის დევნილთა დასახლებაში, ლიეტუვის რესპუბლიკის მთავრობის დაფინანსებით, განახლებადი ენერგიის პროექტი გაიხსნა. პროექტის ფარგლებში, დამონტაჟდა მზის პანელები, რომლებიც წეროვანის, წილკანისა და ფრეზეთის დევნილთა დასახლებების საჯარო და საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებებსა და წყლის მიწოდების სისტემებს მოემსახურება.
პროექტის შედეგად, ბიუჯეტიდან მნიშვნელოვანი თანხა დაიზოგება, რომელიც დევნილთა სოციალური პირობების გაუმჯობესებას მოხმარდება.
